The American Heart Association recommends eating fish at least two times a week because fish are a source of Omega 3 oils. But most fish are contaminated with mercury and other heavy metals. A clean and potent alternative is krill, touted by folks like Dr. Oz and John Elway as the best source of Omega oils.

Populations with a high intake of Omega 3 fatty acids from krill, such as Inuit from Alaska, have significantly lower rates of cardiovascular issues as compared to others. Anyone on an anti-inflammation diet generally avoids wheat and gluten.  And, some people have even noticed anti-aging effects, such as younger looking skin, less puffiness or redness, more energy and fewer wrinkles when they avoid wheat and gluten.
