Enter to Win a Better Water Bottle!

Tall, clear, solid, versatile, clean, stylish, dependable, supportive, organized . . . maybe this how you would describe your ideal mate?  But we’re actually describing the newest addition to our wellness product family! . . .

It’s our newest water bottle and tea drinking vessel all in one, the “Vue” double wall, glass water bottle by Eco Vessel!

Here’s why we love it!:

* It’s made out of glass! (Would you agree that it can be challenging enough to consume your daily recommended amount of water, especially when it has a metallic or plastic aftertaste?  Fickel water drinkers like us, would agree that, hands down, water drunk out of glass tastes much better than metal or plastic.   And drinking out of some plastics, especially if they’ve been sitting in the sun, can be dangerous for your health.)

* It’s designed for both hot and cold beverages! (The double wall helps your liquid hold its temperature longer.) When it comes to drinking tea or coffee, do you ever wish you had a bigger cup that kept the water hot longer so you’re not always having to get up, heat more water and refill it?  Also, in case you’re worried about breakage, you can rest easy, because Eco Vessel uses a more durable type of glass for their bottles.

* It comes with a mesh tea strainer! (No more tea bags hitting you in the face!)

* It doesn’t leak! (Finally!)

How to Overcome Fear and Anxiety

When fears or anxieties arise, here are three gatekeeper questions that can help you move forward:

  1. Is it Kind?
  2. Is it necessary?
  3. Is it true?

If your answers don’t pass one of the gatekeepers, stop and rethink what you are doing.

Here’s an example of how to apply the three questions:

Financial consultant, Suze Orman, was working with a newly widowed client (Ellen) who felt guilty about spending her deceased husband’s money. (She felt as though she hadn’t earned it and therefore didn’t deserve it, although that was not the truth at all.)  Suze asked her to consider the three questions with regard to her situation . . .

  1. They agreed that was in no way kind to Ellen or her late husband’s memory to feel uneasy about taking charge of her finances.
  2. It wasn’t necessary for Ellen to think that the money wasn’t hers.
  3. Was it true that she didn’t deserve the money?- Absolutely not!
